*All paperwork must be submitted by the submission deadline which is before 4:30PM close of business, 14 calendars prior to the fitness test date.

**Class size is limited to 60 students. The attendees will be determined after successful completion of the Entrance Fitness Test, based on the order of completed applications received. Applications received are as of January 23, 2012.
